DSD Industrie Rohrtechnik GmbHCarl-Friedrich-Benz Str. 204509 Delitzsch Germany Plastic pipeline constructionWe process pipeline systems made of thermoplastic materials such as PP, PE, PVD as well as thermosetting materials such as GFRP with vinyl resin, GFRP-EP, manufactured by centrifugal casting or winding processes with all kinds of protective layers. We provide pipeline systems of nominal sizes ranging from DN15 to DN2000 and pressure ratings ranging from PN2.5 to PN40. Steel constructionWe implement steel constructions on the periphery of pipeline systems: pipeline bridges, secondary steel constructions, ascents and platforms. We process profile steel and flat products of carbon and stainless steel in tonnages of up to 800 metric tons and implement client-specific coating systems. Steel pipeline constructionWe process carbon and stainless steel in various alloys and nominal sizes ranging from DN10 to DN2500 as well as pressure ratings from PN2,5 to PN300. The pipeline systems are manufactured by highly qualified experts for various operating media in compliance with the pressure equipment directive and other policies. Water treatment technologyThis sector handles the treatment of river water, industrial water and drinking water, industrial and municipal waste and cooling water, thermal degassing, membrane filtration, condensate and complete desalination. We plan disinfection concepts for drinking and cooling water and also chemical stations in accordance with §19 of the German water resource act (WHG). |
