Charging gas transfer car – Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, India

This charging gas transfer cars were installed at the new coke oven batteries 10 & 11 in Jamshepdur. In comparison to the former supplied CGT cars (for battery 8 & 9), this new cars are housing two u-tubes for transferring the charging gases into the different oven chambers. The cars were manufactured in the P.R. China, only the complete u-tubes were manufactured in Germany.
